The property is destined only for tourist purposes. The conductor agrees to host the names listed below. Upon arrival, the conductor is required to present an identity document of all the persons for whom the reservation has been made, in order to allow them to be registered with the competent authorities.

Duration of contract and fee*

The contract is stipulated for the period booked with airb&b.com, and it ceases without need of cancellation. The fee is the one that is published on the portal www.airb&b.com and by the conductor already paid through the portal itself. The agreed fee refers to the only enjoyment of the property, including furnishings and furniture. The fee includes: initial cleaning, supply of bedding and towels, water, gas and electricity, use of appliances and accessories available. It is expressly excluded the provision by the landlord of meals and beverages, services of surveillance, custody, rearrangement and cleaning of the premises for the duration of the contract. The fee does not include the sojourn tax, which the tenant agrees to pay before the contract is terminated.

Check in and Check out*

The conductor, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord, will be able to take possession of the accommodation (check-in) after 15.00 of the first agreed day and must leave it free (check-out) within 10.00 of the last day.

Authorization for data use and communication*

The landlord and the conductor mutually authorize each other to communicate their personal data to third parties in relation to obligations connected with the rental relationship. In particular, the conductor is informed that his/her data and those of the lodged persons will be communicated to the Police Headquarters, as required by the laws in force
